Service Description

Booking a virtual consult is an important first step in planning your wedding. It allows you to meet the team while we explain what services we offer to support you throughout the wedding planning process. We will ask you general questions about what your dream wedding would look like, roughly what date you're aiming for, how many guests and if you have any venues already in mind. Depending on if you're looking to book a full wedding planning package or just want day coordination, we will take the time to explain to you the differences so you can be sure to get the service and support you want. You will get information on payment plans and meeting schedules and are more than welcome to ask us any questions throughout the meeting. Appointments are roughly half an hour long. You will receive a Zoom link to join the call, but you do not need to have a Zoom account. Whilst we are more than happy to do a video chat, please feel free to turn video off if you prefer so it will be more like a phone call. 24 hours before the meeting, you will receive a reminder email with the link as well as a text message if you've opted in for that service. Should you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. While we try our best to ensure each appointment happens when requested, sometimes we may need to rearrange an appointment as things pop up for other events. On the rare occasion that this was to happen, you will be given plenty of notice and we will rearrange with you as soon as possible but we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
