For example, having a sit down 3 course menu is best suited to a formal wedding. A buffet menu is suited for a family/ property style wedding and a shared plate menu is suited if you would like a fun and interactive, relaxed wedding.

3. Smaller weddings
Due to the restrictions when covid was a thing, couples realised they don’t need to have a big wedding. The can have a beautiful intimate elopement or micro wedding with their closest family and friends.
Another factor drawing couples to opt for a smaller wedding in 2023 is the rise in interest rates and the cost of living. Couples want to still get married, have their dream wedding but not be broke or in debt after it.

Ceremony arbours are getting low!! And we are here for it.
Semi circle floor arrangements are in aswell as floor aisle arrangements. We love this trend because 1. They look stunningggggg!!! and 2. the arrangements can be picked up and repurposed for the reception.
